Connecting your Technomancer Business Email to your Outlook

Desktop

  1. In your Outlook app, click File in the upper left corner of the screen
  2. Under the Info tab, select Add account
  3. Enter your business email address and tick the Let me set up my account manually option. Click Connect after.
  4. Under the Advanced setup part, select IMAP
  5. Copy the settings below, then click Next
  6. Enter your password, then click Connect
  7. You should see the prompt below if you’ve successfully connected your business email to your Outlook. Click Done and check your mailbox.

Mobile

  1. Click Add Account
  2. Enter the email. Then click Continue
  3. Select IMAP
  4. Enter the IMAP settings (configuration should just be the same as the settings in Step #5 for Desktop setup). 
  5. Toggle the Advanced Settings option below if you can’t see the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server settings.
  6. Click the check icon on the upper right to save your settings.
  7. After successful authentication, you should now be able to access your mailbox.
